Please be aware that Portal Live Services will charge you upon arrival and the billing will stop at the end of your production. Please note that the prices displayed are for one hour of service. For every additional hour, there will be a charge of $60 per hour. It is important to plan your time accordingly, as if you require extensive equipment and setup, the hourly production rate may increase. For instance, if it takes approximately 45 minutes to set up and your production lasts for about two hours, you will be billed an extra $120 in addition to the chosen package price. However, please note that you will not be charged for take-down time.

Portal Live Services offers personalized production services and is available to travel nationwide within the United States. It is important to note that all travel expenses incurred by our team need to be fully reimbursed by the client. Additionally, during travel, a fee of $1.25 per mile will be charged. For example, if our team needs to fly to a location 500 miles away and the plane ticket costs $150, the total budget for the service would be $775. However, if travel is limited to vehicle transportation, the client is only responsible for covering the mileage costs.

In the realm of production, we prioritize delivering high-quality results. It's important to note that the level of quality and enhancements you desire for your production may impact the cost, but they are crucial for effectively reaching your target audience. We offer a basic package where we simply record and send you the video without any edits or enhancements. However, we highly recommend considering additional services such as adding intros, production credits, and editing the video to address any mistakes or lulls. We offer three essential components for all MP3 files: mixing, mastering, and publishing. Additionally, we provide the service of syncing MP3 files to your MP4 video files. While these services may increase the overall cost, it is important to consider what is crucial for your target audience.

For mixing, we ensure that all elements recorded in the studio are aligned with the required time constraints. We also make sure that the volume, compressions, and reverbs are appropriately set up. Mastering your work adds a touch of class to the final product. During this process, we meticulously review the analytics of each track, including vocals, pitch, and music. Each track is mastered separately and then combined. Typically, clients who opt for this service want the mastered version to be what people hear when they watch the video. However, it is not a mandatory option. We can still use the live recording as audio files for the video and keep them separate. Please consider all your options carefully when deciding on the type of production you wish to put together.

When recording music for your project or video, it is strongly advised to record the music separately and sync it with your video. This ensures that any audience or background noise does not affect the overall production and quality of your selection. Keep in mind that this process will require an additional two hours of studio time. Recording the music separately from the vocals offers several benefits, although it is not mandatory.
